What happens after I place my order?

After you place your order

Once your order is confirmed, everything is handled for you.

For fully fitted orders

1. You receive an instant email confirmation with your order number, tyre details, fitting centre address and appointment time
2. Your tyres are dispatched to the fitting centre ahead of your booking date
3. On the day, simply drive to the garage at the agreed time. Your tyres will be fitted, balanced and ready to go.

For mail order

1. You receive an email confirmation with your order details
2. Once dispatched, you receive tracking information by email so you can follow the delivery
3. Tyres are delivered to your chosen address, typically within 2 to 4 working days
