Cancelling your order

Yes, you can cancel your order. The process depends on where things are in the fulfilment stage.

Before dispatch or fitting

If your tyres have not yet been dispatched to the fitting centre or delivered to your address, we can cancel the order and arrange a full refund.

After dispatch but before fitting

If the tyres have already been sent to the fitting centre but have not yet been fitted, contact us and we will arrange the cancellation and refund.

After fitting

Once tyres have been fitted to your vehicle, they are considered used and cannot be returned or refunded under our standard returns policy.

How to cancel

Contact us with your order number. We will process the cancellation as quickly as possible.
