Yokohama BluEarth E70J is a summer tyre specially designed for the Mazda CX-5, featuring an asymmetric tread design to provide optimal performance on the road and in the rain. There are 4 grooves in the tread to transport water away. There are slits in the tread blocks to create additional edges for grip in the wet and large outer blocks to provide support in cornering.

The Mazda CX-5 uses the Yokohama E70J as original equipment. To replace a factory fitted tyre, you must use the same designation. The E70J is different to a size equivalent BluEarth tyre. We have the Yokohama BluEarth E70J in stock on Tyres.co.uk.

After fitting these tyres, I noticed an immediate change for the better in road noise, which is a relief. They also deal with wet conditions really well. If they stay this way, I will be very satisfied with the long-term performance and wear.

These tyres do perform well overall but I was expecting a little more from them. They do a good job with handling, though some road noise can be heard, especially at higher speeds. If I had to, I'd consider buying them again.

These have been great for a couple of months. Living where I do, excellent grip in all conditions is essential. For a performance tyre, no significant wear is a big plus.

Based on reviews I opted for these Yokohama tyres. To be honest I had high expectations. I was not let down! Dry grip is excellent, and handling is noticeably sharper. It's early days but performance has been solid and there haven't been any major surprises.
