Uniroyal’s RainExpert 3 consists of summer tyres suitable for personal cars with water drainage being the main consideration. The company works together with Shark Skin Technology in terms of the design and production of treads and grooves that are helpful in draining water. For the drainage of rainwater, the RainExpert 3 has deep round channels that help in collecting water, as well as angled grooves that will drain water from the tyre to its outer edge. Moreover, the tread blocks have slits for providing improved braking and cornering on wet road surfaces. The tread blocks of the tyre are designed to keep stability while braking.
This model being the third generation of the RainExpert Continuous series, the RainExpert 3 summer tyre line now provides 3rd generation Continuous series summer passenger car tyres. Some sizes of the series are also produced with XL construction that gives extra load reinforcement for cars needing high carrying ability. Tyres.co.uk provides the Uniroyal RainExpert 3, including the reinforced XL tyres.
