It has an innovative design where the V shaped tread is used to propel water away and in the blocks it has slits used for interlocking walls that give snow covered roads the friction needed to keep traction, all while keeping the blocks in their original shape. Atrezzo uses a rubber compound that is flexible at lower temperatures which makes its snow traction better.
