Product description & features

Designed for performance SUVs and 4x4s, the Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico is a summer tyre that features an asymmetric tread layout. With the separation of wet-road drainage and cornering support, Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico uses front-to-back grooves that remove water from the tread pattern, and the finer inner treads use slits and smaller blocks to assist the tyre on damp tarmac. Outer edge treads use larger blocks to create a stiff braking and steering surface.

The Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico also features a tyre casing developed to support the higher loading capacities of SUVs. This supports even wear on the tyre. The Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico also features tread patterns designed to reduce road noise in the cabin of an SUV and is available in runflat styles. Tyres.co.uk stocks Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico and it’s runflat styles.

Highlights

  • Summer tyre for SUVs and 4x4s

I've made a lot of good purchases in the past, but these tyres exceed all my expectations. The car feels consistent and steady in every driving condition I have experienced, which is a really comforting feeling. I'll be buying these tyres again, and I will recommend them to my customers.

Tyre review for Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico 275/45R20 110H XL
My research into all-season tyres led me to choose Pirelli. I considered the UK options available to me and determined that Pirelli gave the most competitive pricing. I wanted better all-season performance and went with 275/45R20 Pirelli Asimmetrico; this is a change from the stock 265/45R20 Yokohama summer tyres that my Shogun came with. This made my speedometer read out 1.2 mph more at 60 mph, but I didn't mind the trade off. I'm really pleased with the Pirelli tyres and plan to buy them again. They are much quieter, provide better grip in both dry and wet conditions, and can more easily handle road cambers. I think Mitsubishi needs to change the summer tyres for the stock UK options.

Everything seems to be going well. They grip better and are quieter than the Pirelli mud and snow tyres.
