The Michelin Primacy 4+ is a premium summer tyre that focuses on improving safety and performance with wear. It employs Michelin EverGrip Technologies to maintain wet braking performance as the tyre wears by generating new grooves to clear water from the tyre. The Primacy 4+ uses two rubber compounds in the tread, with the outer layer wearing away to preserve the water channeling grooves. Michelin’s MaxTouch Construction evenly distributes the forces of acceleration, braking, and cornering over the patch of road the tyre is in contact with, promoting even wear of the tread.

The Primacy 4+ is the successor to the Primacy 4, and is in turn succeeded by the Primacy 5. There are reinforced XL variants for heavier vehicles. We have the Michelin Primacy 4+ available at Tyres.co.uk.

I have used these tyres on different vehicles in the past and have just purchased another pair for the rear wheels. They give amazing traction when you take sharp turns, and I have experienced a small improvement in fuel economy. The road noise is also less than the original tyres in my Mk10 Civic.
