Goodyear EfficientGrip SUV summer tyres have been designed incorporating road efficiency and saving technology. The tyres enhance performance in both wet and dry conditions thanks to the incorporation of silicon in the tread and a technology that improves braking performance by increasing the contact surface. An ActiveBraking Technology improves the braking performance of the tyres by increasing the surface contact of the tread pattern with the road.

Goodyear EfficientGrip SUV tyres have the option of a reinforced sidewall for SUV’s and other vehicles that have higher load requirements. Goodyear EfficientGrip SUV tyres are the predecessor to the EfficientGrip 2 SUV tyres. Tyres.co.uk have the Goodyear EfficientGrip SUV tyres available for purchase.

Great choice - matched the original tyres and offered tremendous performance and durability. I've only had to replace the front (driving) ones. The rear tyres are still virtually new with very little wear.

Compared to the last newer tyres replaced, the grip appears to be better. I don't know if there's an improvement in fuel consumption but that wasn't the main reason for choosing these tyres.
