The Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact 2 summer tyre features Wet Grip Technology which is specifically geared towards being shorter at wet braking under warm and wet conditions. This is the result of a tread compound with increased mobility. Goodyear has designed the EfficientGrip Compact 2 to include a casing that adds stiffness. This casing holds the tyre's shape while steering, cornering, and braking, and is supported by a reshaped inner tyre cavity. The EfficientGrip Compact 2 tyre replaces the EfficientGrip Compact tyre model in Goodyear’s line.

Goodyear states that the EfficientGrip Compact 2 has an 8% improved wet braking distance over its predecessor. In addition, Goodyear states that it has 7% improved wet handling and an impressive 20% improvement in tyre mileage. We offer the Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact 2 for sale at Tyres.co.uk.

I purchased the Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact 2 tyres for my hatchback after some research into what tyres would be best, along with considering customer feedback. So far, they've been excellent in dry and wet conditions. There is also little road noise, which is great for when I take long drives. I had no problems getting them fitted at my local garage, and they were finished on time. All in all, a very good experience and performance.

Excellent tyres, they have definitely improved my driving experience. Even in the rain, I had great control and didn't feel any slipping. My fuel economy seems about the same as it was before though.
