Product description & features

The Firestone Multihawk 2 is a summer touring tyre utilising the upgraded second-generation Multihawk pattern. It uses wide grooves and block slits to mitigate water build up and provide wet traction. Firestone also updated the tread to spread the pressure more evenly for a more consistent lifespan of the tyre.

The Multihawk 2 replaced the original Multihawk 2 with a pattern that Firestone designed to improve wet driving conditions and decrease road noise. Depending on size, the EU label grades differ noting the fuel-efficiency, wet-grip and external noise figure placing of each fitment. Firestone Multihawk 2 is available at Tyres.co.uk.

Highlights

  • Summer touring tyre
  • Wide grooves and block slits
  • Even tread pressure distribution

Tyre review for Firestone Multihawk 2 185/65R14 86H
I got my car when it was brand new and it came with Firestone tyres. The Firehawk (now called the Multihawk) looks almost identical. I like to avoid mixing tyre brands and prefer to use the same brand as the manufacturer. Car manufacturers spend a lot of time and money testing tyre brands to find the best match for the vehicle.

I guess they are okay; I travelled just under 800 miles last week in all sorts of weather and they are coping.
