The design of the Autogreen Sport Macro SSC3 summer tyres is based on the management of drainage on wet surfaces. The tyres feature an asymmetric tread design with four wide drainage grooves running longitudinally. These drainage channels are supplemented by outer edge tread blocks that provide cornering support. A more uniform mid section provides longitudinal tread stability for high-speed motorway driving. Driving on the SSC3 Sport Macro tyres is more engaging due to the asymmetric tread design and the compound used. The compound used is a silica based rubber designed for summer driving which assists in the formation of smaller tread channels throughout the design that remove water from the road surface by directing it away from the contact patch.
