Tyres with a 305/40 R22 sizing fit large SUVs and pickups on 22-inch wheels. It's easy to understand. 305 means 305 millimetres wide; 40 refers to the tyre width ratio of the sidewall which is 40% of 305mm (the size of the tyre) resulting in 122mm; R means the tyre is of radial construction mounted on a 22-inch rim; the overall diameter is 803mm. On broken roads, the Cullinan benefits from the 122mm sidewall. Tyres.co.uk has 305/40 R22 in stock, including run-flat and XL versions.
