215/80 R15 is a tall 15-inch tyre for classic 4x4s. The numbers are easy. 215 is the tyre width in millimetres. 80 is the aspect ratio, so the sidewall is 80% of 215mm, which is 172mm. R15 is a radial tyre on a 15-inch rim, with an overall diameter of 725mm. This design has a tall sidewall which absorbs bumps better. At Tyres.co.uk we stock 215/80 R15, including the C versions.
