205/75 R17 is a tall-profile tyre suited for daily driving use. The definition is simple enough. 205 is the width in mm. 75 is the percentage of the width that makes the side wall 154mm. R17 signifies the size of the rim (17 inches) and that overall, it is a radial tyre. This configuration gives an overall diameter of 739mm.
