The Firestone FS411 is a road-oriented commercial tyre that is designed for trucks and coaches operating on A-roads and motorways. These vehicles operate at high cruise speed for an extended time. In this context, the FS411 has a predictable steering response. Its tread has continuous ribs that run circumferentially on the tyre, and wide spacing grooves. The rib layout assist the tyre to run straight while the casing is reinforced to assist the tyre cope with frequent load impacts and kerb impacts, as well as road run heat.
The reinforced casing is designed to hold the tyre shape, and assist wear to be even throughout the tyres useful life. The FS411 is designed for owner operators and fleets that operate a lot of road miles, including coach services and trucking on the A-road to motorway link sections.
