Outstanding grip in both wet and dry conditions. Fuel consumption appears to be reasonable too. I had Avon ZT5s for years and I used to say they had decent fuel economy, but they didn't grip as well as the Goodyears. The Goodyear tyres have transformed the handling of my car. They came off a set of cheap Laufenn tyres that my garage fitted for the MoT. Those tyres were awful, providing no feedback, even when dry. It's a frequently stated but cheap tyres are a false economy, especially in the UK where it rains a lot.
