145/65 R15 is an early Smart Fortwo narrow front tyre size. The rear tyres are wider. This size can be understood as the width measurement in millimetres (145), the height measurement as the aspect ratio in percentage (65%), and the measurement of the height of the sidewall in millimetres (94).
