What happens if my tyres arrive damaged?

If any tyres you receive show obvious damage, you must not attach them to your vehicle and should take the following steps.

What to do

• Do not attach the tyres - A damaged tyre could be a safety hazard
• Document the damage and take a picture of the packaging
• Send us an email with your order number, a picture of the damaged tyre(s), and a picture of the damaged packaging

What comes next

We will send a new set of tyres to you at no cost; we will reschedule your fitting appointment if you have one.
