What happens if my delivery doesn't arrive?

If your delivery has not arrived by the expected date, please reach out to us with your order ID.

What we will do:

• Check with our courier partner regarding the location of your order
• We will send an update as to when it will arrive
• If the order is lost beyond recovery we will send a replacement order
• For orders that require fitting, we will reschedule your fitting appointment if necessary
