The repeated beginning, stopping and load bearing spell of the commercial work routes of the business means that the Sunny SN223C has been designed around these features. The tread has front and back grooves which breaks the surface water. The continuous section in the middle helps stability during running with the blocks positioned on the outer edge that are shaped to keep stability and strength during cornering with a heavy load. The casing is designed to hold the shape of the tyre during the daily work spell and also helps shield against sharp edges and rough surfaces of the road.
The design of the SN223C Sunny are meant for commercial use to keep the wear of the tread as even as possible. The tread design helps to control the noise levels during a long journey on the motorway. The size of the SN223C ranges from 14 to 16 inches, depending on the commercial vehicle.
