The Sunny NP226 is a warm-weather passenger car summer tyre that is designed for UK summer driving. The tread is designed for the daily commute and fast driving on the motorway. The tread has wide, longitudinal grooves and a central rib. The tread pattern has fine, short slits to provide extra traction on wet roads and an outer shoulder to help with cornering.
The NP226’s design assists even tread wear, potential for which is lost if the recommended tyre pressures and wheel alignment are not adhered to. The design also helps reduce the effect of tread block vibrations to provide a smoother ride. The NP226 is available on Tyres.co.uk.
