The Pirelli SCORPION ALL SEASON SF 3 is built for year-round use across the UK where wet roads and winter conditions are prevalent. The drainage of water is facilitated by wide grooves and open channels within the tread blocks. Densely packed micro slits provide bite on wet and cold roads. The dry steering surface is supported by a formed dry surface. The casing also supports the additional weight that is required for SUV tyres.

Everything appears fine for the moment. These tyres are definitely quieter than the Wranglers I had previously. Now I'm just waiting to see how long these will last. In the past, the Scorpions on my Discoveries didn't last long, which is why I went for Wranglers then. I went for Scorpions again this time as they are meant to have lower rolling resistance, which could mean they wear out slower as well. Only time will tell.

The new tyres are pretty good. I wouldn't say that there is a huge difference in performance when compared to other brands, but these tyres do seem to do a good job.

I had all-terrain tyres taken off my VW T6.1 camper and these tyres put on and now I have way more grip and no more wheel spinning at roundabouts. They are also quieter. I haven't had these tyres long enough to comment on fuel efficiency or tread wear.

My only concern is that the tyre tread frequently picks up small and large loose stones that get lodged in the tyre.

So far, these are my favourite tyres. Driving these tyres is super quiet and driving with kids gives me a sense of safety because of the fantastic grip. I really can't see myself getting anything else.

I replaced the Michelin Cross Climates on the back axle with these tyres, and fitted the same ones to the front axle. After 4000 miles, they are still quiet and grip well on dry and wet roads when cornering or braking. I live in the country and they are great on slimy muddy lanes and cope well with standing water. I'm very happy with them and would buy again.

I think the tyres improve both handling and safety in wet weather and do not seem to create any issues with noise and dry performance. I will be getting the same SF3s for the rear tyres soon to match.
