Product description & features

The Michelin CrossClimate 2 is an all-season tyre designed for optimum year-round performance for dry, wet, or snowy braking situations. Featuring a directional V-shaped tread with 3PMSF certification, CrossClimate 2 utilises shoulder channeling to expel water from beneath the tyre, while self-locking snow cutting slits form snow traction edges. Michelin’s innovation, Thermal Adaptive Tread, stays flexible with winter slush to optimise the snow cutting edges.

Launched in 2021, the CrossClimate 2 is the successor to the CrossClimate+. According to Michelin, the new design pattern has been optimised to evacuate 10% more water. Crimped edges on the sidewall of the CrossClimate 2 indicate snow traction which meets the requirements of winter tyre regulations and standards. Tyres.co.uk currently carries the Michelin CrossClimate 2.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/55R19 105H XL
These tyres have amazing grip on the road and allow easy navigation even over the roundabouts and icing conditions. Milton Keynes has a lot of roundabouts and reckless drivers who do not follow lanes. Having tyres that control the road well and respond to braking is very important.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/55R19 105H XL
Excellent specific choice. I purchased these tyres for a trip to Germany in February because winter tyres are mandatory there. During the trip, they performed exceptionally in both rain and snow. The grip was incredible.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/55R19 105H XL
These tyres have approximately 26,000 miles on them and still have a lot of tread which is legally within the limit and perform their intended purpose. I expect that I will need to replace them fairly soon, but believe they will get to 30,000 miles. Good tread durability on a Tesla Model 3.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/55R19 105H XL
As per my expectations, these Michelin tyres are exceptional. I have confidence driving in different types of weather conditions. However, we did not receive much snow last winter so I am not sure how they will handle snow. They are quite expensive, but good quality tyres typically come with a high price tag. I intend to replace them with the same ones once they finally wear down.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/55R19 105H XL
These tyres are still great! They performed excellently in the snow when I fitted them in compliance with French mountain standards, and are still doing great here in sunny Suffolk. I haven't had problems with noise, and fuel efficiency is good too.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/55R19 105H XL
In every weather, the tyres perform exceptionally! I have driven through the hot summer roads of Greece and the icy roads of the Austrian Alps. I can't recommend them more!

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/55R19 105H XL
It's great to have an all-season tyre for the family car since we won't need winter tyres. I am happy with the choice and performance has been good so far.
