Kumho WinterCraft WP71 is a performance-focused winter tyre for modern cars and sporty saloons that need dependable traction when temperatures drop. The directional tread pattern uses sweeping grooves to clear water and slush quickly, helping reduce the risk of aquaplaning. Dense 3D siping across the blocks creates extra biting edges that interlock under load, improving braking and cornering on compacted snow without making the tread feel vague on clear tarmac. An optimised contact patch helps keep pressure more even for stable handling.

A cold-weather compound with a high silica content helps these tyres remain flexible, supporting wet grip and more consistent performance as the mercury falls. The casing and shoulder area are designed to resist deformation at speed, which contributes to confident steering and controlled wear.
