Goodyear EfficientGrip 2 SUV summer tyres claim to offer road and surface longevity thanks to the high-elasticity rubber compounds that minimise impact surface friction. It contains a front-back directional water dispersal tread design. The outer edge tread blocks are made stiffer and centre ribs are expanded to assist dry surface braking and driving. Goodyear claims the design of this compound is Mileage Plus Technology and helps the rubber adapt to uneven surfaces.

Tread design for Goodyear's Wet Braking Technology has lowered stiffness which allows the blocks to bend and wipe water from the road. In Dry Stability Plus Technology, the centre ribs, and outer blocks, expand and stiffen to inhibit tread deformation while braking. Dry Stability Plus Technology is an improvement from the EfficientGrip SUV. Goodyear says it provides 25% more tyre life and 4 to 5% improvements in braking times wet and dry, respectively. I'm very happy with my new Goodyear tyres. I trust that they will provide the same excellent grip in wet condition as the last ones did. They also perform exceptionally well in snow and mud.

Fuel efficiency is worse than what the Toyos that came with the car provided. The wear is average. They are louder than I expected them to be. The handling and grip are fine, but I'm not one to drive fast. Overall, I'm disappointed. Would not buy these again. I probably should've stuck with Toyos.
