445/45 R19 is a unique size for road or track cars with very wide tyres. 445 is the tyre width in mm. 45 is the sidewall height as a percentage of the width. In this case, 45% of the 445mm gives you 200mm. R19 means a radial tyre on a 19-inch rim which gives an overall diameter of 883mm.
