275/70 R22 is a large tyre size for SUVs and trucks. Large vehicles need big tyres to get the best clearance from the ground. 275 means the width of the tyre is 275mm. The 70 means the sidewall of the tyre is 70% of the width, meaning this side wall is 192mm. R22 means this tyre is a radial tyre and will fit on a 22-inch rim.
