215/80 R14 is a common van and camper van tyre size. The first number is the width of the tyre in mm, so 215mm. The second number is the aspect ratio of the sidewall height in percentage, so 80% of 215mm is 172mm. The R means a radial tyre and the 14 means 14 inches across the rim, bringing the total diameter to 700mm. The sidewall is designed to cushion the tyre on rough roads.
