If your tyres arrive with any visible damage, it is important to act quickly and not fit them to your vehicle.
What to do
- Do not fit the tyres — A damaged tyre could be unsafe
- Take photographs of the damage and the packaging
- Contact us immediately with your order number and the photos
What happens next
We will arrange a replacement delivery as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If you have a fitting appointment booked, we will adjust it to accommodate the replacement delivery.
