The Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003 is a mud-terrain 4x4 tyre designed to remove mud from the tread while withstanding rock abrasion on the tyre casing. GEO-SHIELD construction provides the tyre with a 3-ply carcass, wide steel belts, and a nylon cap, providing the tyre with a structure to resist impacts and retain shape on rough terrain. Large blocks provide edge traction with deep ruts providing space for turning mud to exit the tread. Stone ejectors clear debris that get trapped in the ruts before it can impact the tread.
The G003 is the successor of Yokohama's Geolandar M/T+ G001 and features a variable-pitch block arrangement which reduces road noise. Heavier 4x4 and pick-up load versions are available. Tyres.co.uk sells the Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003 and its load versions.
