The Yokohama Geolandar CV G058 is an all-season tyre designed specifically for SUVs and crossovers that prioritises longevity on the road. This particular model utilises the Enduro Compound, which helps to resist wear. Meanwhile, the compound adapts as temperatures fluctuate. The Geolandar CV G058 also utilises a 4-groove system that runs the length of the tyre to assist in clearing standing water from the tread, in addition to micro slits made in the tread blocks that add additional edge pieces that assist with grip on wet roads. The GeoShield construction provides additional reinforcement with its 2-ply polyester casing, 2 steel belts, and full nylon cap.

Yokohama claims that the G058 has 27% longer tread life than its predecessor, the Geolandar G055. At Tyres.co.uk, we offer the Yokohama Geolandar CV G058.

That's fine. Even post pandemic, my driving miles aren't high. The tyres I replaced had been on the car since new six years. They weren't worn down but rubber was old. I had two Geolandars put on the car three years ago, so I just went with them again.

I'm happy with these tyres. They seem built to last, offer a comfortable ride, and their tread pattern seems winter-appropriate. The only downside is they can be a little bit noisy at certain speeds, like winter tyres, but I am overall, satisfied with my buy.
