Rolling resistance has a direct impact on fuel consumption. A tyre's rolling resistance score ranges from A to E.
A tyre's wet grip capacity is expressed in Grades from A to E. The difference in braking distances between each grade is roughly 3m - an average car length.
The exterior noise grade of a tyre is expressed in decibels and accompanied by an external rolling noise rating - ranging from A (least exterior noise) to C (highest level of noise).

The Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 is an all-terrain tyre designed for dependable traction year-round on paved and unpaved roads and in muddy conditions. It comes in a winter variation that is 3PMSF certified. Yokohama's EdgeTec Grooves make the tread edge and centre block clean and clear. The outer blocks contain open structures to allow debris to pass through and the centre blocks contain slits to give the blocks additional grip in snowy and wet conditions. The Enduro Compound is used in the G015 and is designed to be cut and chipped resistant and remain flexible in the winter.
The G015 is a newer product and has replaced the G012. It also has Geo-Shield construction, which gives puncture resistant protection due to its combination of polyester and steel with a full nylon cap. The price shown for mail-order tyres covers the tyre only (including VAT). Once you’ve selected your tyres and proceed to the basket, a delivery fee will be added to your order.
