The Yokohama Advan Sport V103 is a summer tyre with ultra-high-performance that is designed for original-equipment Porsche applications. The asymmetric tread of the V103 places solid blocks on the outside edge of the tread design, while the inside edge of the tread design has smaller blocks to channel water to the main grooves. The V103 also has four circumferential water grooves and a steel-belted radial construction to hold the tread at high speeds.

V103S with the N0 marking on the sidewall were made to Porsche specifications and are Porsche approved. V103S without the N0 marking are approved to fit the car, but do not comply with Porsche specifications and therefore do not approve the tyre. Similarly, it is recommended to match the MO marking for original-equipment approved Tyres from Mercedes-Benz. The Advan Sport V105 succeeded the V103. I used to have Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT tyres, and after more than 1000 miles of usage, I can say that these tyres are much more quiet than the Dunlops, and the handling is noticeably improved, with a more stable feeling while cornering.
