Built to handle both summer and winter conditions, so the same tyres can stay on all year instead of being swapped twice.
The Uniroyal AllSeasonExpert 2 tyre has been designed for variable UK weather, including temperatures around freezing, and is an all-season tyre that works best by keeping water away from the contact patch. Its directional tread features deep front-to-back grooves that help reduce the risk of aquaplaning by removing water from the tyre surface. The centre tread of the AllSeasonExpert 2 is designed to be stable and allow the tyre to hold its position at high speeds. The compound and the micro-sipes which open under pressure to create additional biting edges for traction, remain flexible at lower temperatures to assist in braking on cold, damp surfaces and in light snow.
Some variants come with the 3PMSF marking on the sidewall (3 Peak Mountain Snow Flake). The Uniroyal AllSeasonExpert 2 in these variants is designed for mild winter conditions, as well as high speed driving on wet motorways. We at Tyres.co.uk stock the Uniroyal AllSeasonExpert 2, including its 3PMSF marked variants.
