The Pirelli Scorpion Elect is a green summer tyre for electric and hybrid plug-in SUV models. With large grooves, this tyre makes channels on the face of the tyre which help get rid of water for superior braking performance on wet surfaces. This tyre reduces noise and vibrations due to the reinforced construction, while the ELECT technology of Pirelli minimises road resistance to save battery life.

According to Pirelli, due to the trade-off of low rolling resistance, this technology could extend the range of the electric vehicle up to 10%. Created for summer, the Pirelli Scorpion Elect should be used for regular use on UK roads tarmac, higher than 7 degrees centigrade. We supply the Pirelli Scorpion Elect at Tyres.co.uk.

These tyres are crazy! I feel like I have so much more control when driving, and I didn't expect to feel so confident in wet weather. The replacement interval seems reasonable too so I feel good about this purchase! Definitely worth the money for the winter!
