The Nankang AS-3 EV uses an asymmetric tread to perform under the varying challenges of electric vehicle (EV) use. Summer performance EV tyres deal with the added mass and instant torque of EVs. The outer edge incorporates stiffer tread blocks to strengthen the tyre under load in corners. Rain grooves are combined channel patterns that give pathways for road surface drainage.
The Nankang AS-3 EV uses an engineered casing to maintain shape under rapid changes in speed. We designed it to help with load distribution across the tread, too.
