The Minerva Transporter RF09 is a summer van tyre designed to carry and manage heavy loads with ease and comfort on developed roads. The RF09 features a ribbed tread and reinforced carcass to aid delivery and trade vehicles. The RF09 has three wide grooves that run around the tyre and separate the tread into continuous ribs. In addition to the grooves, the ribs on the RF09 help channel water away from the contact patch. The fine slits in the tread blocks serve to create additional edges for grip on wet tarmac, and the reinforced casing is capable of withstanding the weight of a fully loaded delivery van.
As a summer tyre, the RF09 is designed to perform in temperatures of 7 degrees Celsius and above.
