The Michelin CrossClimate 3 Sport is an all-season tyre designed to provide an authentic sportscar feel of direct steering throughout the seasons, and it’s also certified for driving in severe winter conditions with 3PMSF. The tyre features a directional V-shaped tread that is designed with channels that widen towards the outer edge and facilitate the removal of water from the tread pattern. Dynamic Response Technology uses a hybrid aramid and nylon belt to provide the tyre with shape under the forces of changing steering.

The CrossClimate 3 Sport is equipped with the Thermal Adaptive Tread Compound 2.0 which allows the tyre to perform in the varying temperature conditions that an all-season tyre may encounter. The sidewall of the tyre features the 3PMSF marking which indicates that the tyre has met the required standards for driving on snow. I received my order just as expected. They were brand new. Arrived on time and in the right size. Customer service was great when I mixed up my billing and delivery addresses. I have had to contact many suppliers for my odd wheel size i20n, both winters and all-seasons, and this was one of the only ones who had stock. I would use them again. Other reviews mentioned getting old tyres with broken rubber, but mine were new, as the garage said when fitting.

After ten months of ownership, they still appear to be in the same condition as when they were new. Considering that I bought them before the summer, I was surprised to see how well they did in the UK's sweltering heat, in June and July, particularly being all season tyres.

Excellent all-terrain tyres. Given the changing weather of the Peak District, you need dependable tyres, and these appear to get the job done.

I've used X Climate tyres in the past and this MK3 sport model has a decent kerb protector, a little nicer than the one on the MK2. The tread is about 6.5 mm so it's shallower than the non-sport versions. It looks like they may buff the tyres to avoid heat issues and keep water dispersal nice before shipping. Steering stays nice and sharp and they're just as quiet as earlier versions. I bought them individually and got the wheels painted later so I didn't have to pay for fitting. I like good quality tyres. They can save your life.

These tyres have changed the entire driving experience of the vehicle. It now feels safe when driving on wet roads and even recent slushy snow. Also, snow is no problem. Tyres are perfect for high-performance Mercedes vehicles.
