The Marshal AT61 is an all-terrain tyre designed for journeys that transition from paved to unpaved. It employs an open tread design with wide channels to remove mud, gravel, and water from the tyre surface. Additional edges for traction on wet and loose surfaces are created by fine slits on the tread blocks. The outer blocks extend to the sidewall giving the tyre edges for traction when it is operating within ruts.
The AT61 is labelled with M+S and 3PMSF on the sidewalls, the latter showing it has exceeded the requirements for the standardised snow traction test. The block layout is designed to remove material from the tread as the wheel turns, keeping the block layout clear and ready for the next rotation. The tyre tread pattern is designed for frequent use on roads, tracks, and other loose surfaces. The Marshal AT61 is available at Tyres.co.uk.
