The Linglong LL700 is designed for wet conditions while also aiming to reduce fuel consumption. It features diagonal grooves and fine slits in the tread and utilises a special rubber. The grooves help dissipate water from the tread contact surface and move it to the outer diameter of the tyre. The rubber is designed to reduce energy loss while rolling to reduce fuel consumption.

Linglong has designed the LL700 to minimise the negative effects of water on the road while also minimising the energy required to roll the tyre. The angled grooves help direct water out of the tread, the fine slits provide additional contact surface in the tread, and the rubber is designed to minimise energy loss while rolling. I have been using Linglong LL700 tyres for about a month now, and I must say I am impressed. They offer great grip in both wet and dry conditions. I was initially sceptical because I thought the price was on the higher end, but the tyres have been really worth it. Comfort on the ride is a lot better than from the previous set, which is a really great improvement. I have no issues with the amount of road noise on the motorway. It is less than what I was expecting, honestly. For the time I have used them, they offer good value for money. Time will tell how they hold up but if you are looking for a good deal, I recommend them.
