The Lanvigator Catchfors Van A/S is designed as an all - year round light commercial tyre for the working van user. Efficiently designed for the demands and challenges of the typical UK weather, the Van A/S employs a unique tread design featuring longitudinally oriented grooves that transport the wet down and away from the contact patch. Frigid temperatures are less of a worry, since the Van A/S is equipped with slits that create biting edges. The outer edge blocks are chamfered to provide some steering support for a laden van.
The casing is tough; the demands of a working van are understood throughout the design. It has been constructed to withstand a van's rough contact with kerbs, as well as being driven over rough, uneven surfaces. The tread design encourages an even wear pattern over the life of the tyre; the block layout is engineered to minimise the noise and vibration that would occur while the van is on long-haul journeys.
