The Kumho Ecsta PS72 is a sport summer tyre that concentrates on wet braking performance and stability of high speeds. It has four wide grooves longitudinally on the asymmetric tread. In addition, the bigger and stiffer blocks on the outside edge help in handling while the rib of the tread supports its integrity at high speeds. The High Grip Resin compound has got 3D Block Design which is important for maintaining braking support.
The PS72 is one level above the Ecsta PS71 in the Ultra High Performance line-up. On the EU Label the wet grip gets class A rating, whereas fuel efficiency and external noise ratings vary depending on size.
