The Kumho Ecsta PS71 SUV is a performance oriented summer tyre for SUVs and crossovers. Its asymmetric tread pattern is designed for SUVs and crossovers not only to assist wet-road braking, but to account for the higher weights associated with these vehicles. The Ecsta PS71 SUV uses front to back tread patterns featuring large grooves to assist in the direction of standing water away from the tyre patch in contact with the road. The stiff outer blocks assist in cornering, and the slits across the tread provide additional surfaces for traction in wet conditions.
The Ecsta PS71 SUV is designed for higher weight, higher load conditions compared to the standard Ecsta PS71. It is designed for warm conditions and for those drives who have greater exposure to A-roads and motorways throughout the day.
