The Kpatos FM601 uses interlocking tread blocks to enhance the drainage of wet roads and decrease rolling resistance when constructing passenger car tyres. The grooves between the blocks get rid of the water away from the block which is in contact with the road. Additionally, the finer slits that are built across the tread sustain braking stability on dry surfaces. The Kpatos FM601 is ideal for regular use in the city and on the motorway due to its strong sidewalls and durable rubber compound.

The design of the tread also has an effect of decreasing rolling resistance and thus improving fuel efficiency. The Kpatos FM601 is designed to minimise the road noise which is introduced to the car cabin. Tyres.co.uk is an authorised dealer of the Kpatos FM601.

These Kpatos tyres have really impressed me. They deal with everything I throw at them, including heavy rain and the occasional road trip. They wear evenly and aren't noisy at all, so long drives become much better. Reliable performance would highly recommend them.
