The Grenlander Icehawke II is a winter passenger car tyre constructed to maximally grip cold, wet, and slushy surfaces. The directional tread pattern moves slush and water from the centre. High aquaplaning resistance is achieved as the grooves cut water from the surface beneath the tyre. The tread has dense slits, which create edges that grip the late snow during acceleration and deceleration. The cold weather compound maintains grip on the cold surface as it remains flexible with the dropping temperatures.
The noise minimisation is achieved with the directional layout. Designed to tackle the British winters, the Icehawke II deals with the cold, heavy rains, and the snow. The Grenlander Icehawke II is available on Tyres.co.uk.
