The Goodyear EfficientGrip Cargo is a summer van tyre that uses lower rolling resistance for commercial work, featuring a tread compound with resin for wet road braking. Goodyear EfficientGrip Cargo's tread uses their Wet Braking Technology. With Long Mileage Technology, the EfficientGrip Cargo's tread is suited to the demands of urban delivery with high-abrasion and rubber resistant to the repeated stopping and starting.

Goodyear claims braking in the EfficientGrip Cargo is 10% improved in wet conditions compared to the Cargo Marathon, the tyre it has replaced. Goodyear also claims that the EfficientGrip Cargo has a 7% improvement on the previous tyre in rolling resistance. There are no issues so far, and the grip in the wet is definitely better. How they wear is a matter of time, so we'll see then. The older set from the local garage Ludlow only lasted 3,000 miles in 8 months before they were worn out. fingers crossed these last longer.
