A tyre's wet grip capacity is expressed in Grades from A to E. The difference in braking distances between each grade is roughly 3m - an average car length.
The exterior noise grade of a tyre is expressed in decibels and accompanied by an external rolling noise rating - ranging from A (least exterior noise) to C (highest level of noise).

The Firestone FS411 is a road-oriented commercial tyre that is designed for trucks and coaches operating on A-roads and motorways. These vehicles operate at high cruise speed for an extended time. In this context, the FS411 has a predictable steering response. Its tread has continuous ribs that run circumferentially on the tyre, and wide spacing grooves. The rib layout assist the tyre to run straight while the casing is reinforced to assist the tyre cope with frequent load impacts and kerb impacts, as well as road run heat.
