The Event ML609 is a budget summer tyre developed for passenger cars that can be used under normal driving conditions at temperatures greater than about 7 degrees. The tyres are designed with a tread pattern that has grooves running around the tyre which help drainage by channeling water away from the road contact area. The tread pattern has transverse channels which are used to transport water to the outer edge of the tyre in the case of driving under wet conditions.
