The Dunlop SP SportMaxx RT2 SUV is constructed specifically for fast summer driving. Designed for fast braking, each tyre utilises Power Braking Blocks, which help maximise surface area for rubber on the road. As an asymmetrical tyre, the outer blocks focus on cornering, along with central channeling to aid water evacuation. The Adaptive Compound that Dunlop uses shifts between a dry and wet grip compound that works best on braking. To help maintain control, Dynamic Response Technology helps with the stiffness of the casing from the tyre to the steering components.
The SP SportMaxx RT2 SUV also replaces the SP Sport Maxx RT SUV. XL construction is a reinforced version of the same tyre that is intended for higher load usages, and is marked with an XL on the sidewall. These tyres are all meant to be used above an ambient temperature of about 7 degrees. Tyres.co.uk always has stock of the Dunlop SP SportMaxx RT2 SUV.
