The Continental PremiumContact 7 summer tyre is designed to excel at wet braking and features an A wet-grip rating in all sizes. The PremiumContact 7 is built with Continental’s RedChili braking compound which has excellent cold-start grip. The Adaptive Pattern Stiff outer shoulder dry cornering and resolve wet braking in the summer. PremiumContact 7 is designed to hold under steering due to the outer shoulder braking blocks.

PremiumContact 7 is the first major redesign of the PremiumContact since the 6 in 2023. The PremiumContact 7 is estimated to provide an 8% improvement in wet braking, 7% in dry braking, and a 10% increase in tyre life over the PremiumContact 6, while also providing a 12% improvement, in overall performance, in rolling resistance. I live in Scotland and we get all types of weather, sometimes just on the short drive to the shops, we can experience rain, snow, sun and everything in between! These tyres are excellent and definitely worth the price. Continental really is the best.
